Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee the company’s entire technology landscape, including network infrastructure, IT operations, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and service delivery. The CTO will be responsible for driving technology strategy, ensuring system reliability and scalability, leading cross-functional technical teams, and supporting business growth through innovation and digital transformation under executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage technical teams, IT operations, and service delivery.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of IT systems.
  • Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Drive digital transformation and process improvements.
  • Establish technology standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance to management and support business growth.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Strong experience in IT service management and service delivery.
  • Good knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and managed services.
  • Experience leading technical teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability  to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Certifications such as: CEH,CISSP,MCSA / MCSE,Other security or cloud-related certifications
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level infrastructure and managed services.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills.
