Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment and employee onboarding
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Managing attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
- Handle reporting, filing, and employee-related documentation efficiently
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, contracts, and employee records
Must Have
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools
Nice to have
- Experience in using Odoo HR modules (HRMS/ERP) is an advantage
- Good documentation and reporting skills are preferred.
- Ability to prepare HR policies, letters, and official documents
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
