Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Jr. Network Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to assist in maintaining and supporting the company’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will help monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support implementation of network security policies and procedures.
- Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and inventory management.
- Assist in managing LAN/WAN infrastructure and VPN connections.
- Provide basic technical support for network-related issues.
- Participate in network upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Skills/Certifications
Technical Skills
- Participate in network upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Familiarity with routing and switching fundamentals.
- Knowledge of network security basics and firewall administration (firewalls, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience or exposure to networking tools and monitoring systems.
- Basic command-line knowledge (Cisco CLI or similar).
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
Must-Have
- Diploma or Bachelor’s n IT, Computer Science, or Networking.
- 0–2 years of experience in network administration or IT support.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow in network administration.
- Ability to handle routine tasks independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
