The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to manage HR operations effectively and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Managing attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
  • Handle reporting, filing, and employee-related documentation efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, contracts, and employee records

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools

Nice to have

  • Experience in using Odoo HR modules (HRMS/ERP) is an advantage
  • Good documentation and reporting skills are preferred.
  • Ability to prepare HR policies, letters, and official documents
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
