Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of all systems while providing technical support to end-users and collaborating with the IT team to implement improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, systems).
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox) with optimization and DR planning.
- Design secure network architecture (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewall, VPN).
- Perfrom patch management and endpoint security using tools like Endpoint Central.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports for system health and compliance.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and IT operations planning.
Must Have
- Windows Server Administration
- Linux System Administration
- Virtualization (VMware / Proxmox)
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN)
- Backup and Recovery Management
- Storage Management (NAS/SAN)
- Troubleshooting & Monitoring
