Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. This role involves working closely with technical teams and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives under the guidance of senior project and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Update task trackers, project plans, and Gantt charts
- Act as point of contact between teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company policies and project standards
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Gantt charts, task trackers)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Multitasking & deadline management
- Document & version control experience
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise or government clients
- Knowledge of procurement and finance processes
- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance frameworks
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar
- Experience using collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, odoo)
- Basic understanding of risk management and issue tracking
