Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience to lead and manage company projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients and resolve their system-related issues.
- Manage client requests from start to finish, including logging, resolving, and documenting.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and automation based on client needs.
- Implement ERP modules
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand processes and suggest improvements.
- Maintain professional communication, integrity, and trust with clients.
- Conduct regular client reviews and prepare reports on system performance and project progress.
- Manage change, problem, and asset management processes to optimize IT operations.
Skills
- ERP functional knowledge (Accounting, HR, CRM, Inventory, Projects).
