Sr. System Administrator

Grantha Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator with 3-4 years of experience to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of all systems while providing technical support to end-users and collaborating with the IT team to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, storage, systems).
  • Lead Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox) with optimization and DR planning.
  • Design secure network architecture (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewall, VPN).
  • Perfrom patch management and endpoint security using tools like Endpoint Central.
  • Maintain documentation and generate reports for system health and compliance.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and IT operations planning.
  • Monitor performance and resolve critical issues.
  • Guide junior team members and support IT planning.
